Sharon McKenzie-Venning, Realtor/Auctioneer
Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and a resident of Beachwood New Jersey for over ten years, Sharon began her real estate career and never looked back. She is the owner of McKenzie Estate Sales & Auctions Real Estate Services LLC. This estate sale service provides a key role in the real estate relationship. Additional, Sharon is a former high school speech improvement teacher with a Master’s in Education.
Sharon knows the impact of having the right home can have on someone and approaches each showing with that in mind. As well as, selling a house can be an overwhelming task. There's advertising to plan and budget for, open houses and private showings to arrange, purchase offers to negotiate, contract contingencies to worry about, and complicated paperwork to fill out.
